here's some random bits:

we have water back! after 3 days of boiling water, brushing my teeth with gatorade, taking doodoo showers and fearing zombie outbreaks... we got water back yesterday and i am happily sippin' an iced coffee right this second!

I discovered this, the schedule for the lost finale. i'm a lost fan but this seems excessive and slightly ridiculous, no?:

"FYI, here's the remaining "Lost" schedule: After tonight's episode, which is about Jack deciding whether or not to trust Locke, we will have two more new episodes, on May 11 and 18. Then, the five-hour event on May 23 will include a two-hour recap, a two-hour finale, and (after the news) a one-hour post-finale special hosted by major "Lost" fan Jimmy Kimmel."

i mean, really? 5 hours? gross. (i'll be watching.)

did you see conan's interview on 60 minutes? it was sweet. and sad. i dare you to say "meh, who cares, he walked away with $34 million." come on. it was his DREAM to host the tonight show. think about it like this - if you love someone truly and they dump you on your ass but hand you $20 on their way out the door... does it make the break-up simple and painless?

tomorrow night: i will be seeing this man. jonsi. house of blues.  i might cry from excitement.  or i might just get a beer and enjoy it.  we'll see.
