Make your way to Mount Street this month for the launch of Christian Louboutin's European flagship store. Following the recent opening of the Harvey Nichols-based boutique, fans of the legendary shoemaker will now be able to take delight in a gorgeous three-room shop showcasing the latest spring/summer 2008 collection in all its glory."In such a pretty street, I want to have my prettiest shoes," says Louboutin of the new Mayfair address. In keeping with his original boutique on rue Jean-Jacques in Paris, shoes will perch among mirrored alcoves (which also disguise a hidden library room) while handbags will be displayed in brightly coloured tin frames and a Perspex part light structure – created by the designer himself, no less – will take pride of place. I can't wait!
