NEXT STOP WHISTLES

Nick Passmore has been appointed as design director at Whistles, it has emerged. According to Drapers, the position is newly created and will see him play a significant role in implementing a new strategy that Jane Shepherdson is thought to be developing for the brand. Passmore, formerly a member of Shepherdson's successful TopShop team, joins Karyn Fenn, now brand director at Whistles, as part of the head office team. Other members include finance director Keith Wilks, digital marketing manager Kate Malkin and marketing director Jo Farelly, all formerly at TopShop.
